About Amy

I have worked in the field of personal development for more than 30 years. I received a Masters in Social Work from Yeshiva University and have been licensed since 1990. I also hold certifications as both a relationship coach and a life coach. In addition to my many years of work with adults making improvements in their lives, I joyfully taught nursery school for ten years.
I provide inspiration at many group events as a keynote speaker. I love sharing my stories of resilience and possibility with passion and hopefulness. I love touching hearts.

I am a very optimistic person, a dreamer, full of hope and faith in all that is possible. I look for the life lessons and the hidden blessings even in the most challenging situations. I believe that we are always growing and learning.

I love my work supporting individuals and couples through coaching! It is my passion to help others see their own greatness.

I have helped dozens of people work through their stress and anxiety, improve and save their marriages, build and maintain fulfilling lives through a framework of positive support and empowerment with proven strategies and tools.

I am committed to helping you step into your power, find your voice, define and design what you would love, feel inner peace and self-confidence, and experience great results so your smile radiates.

I know how challenging and fragile life can be.
It takes courage to make changes in your life, to move from suffering, depletion, and unhappiness to feeling connected, desired, and confident. I know it is possible to get there and I look forward to celebrating each win with you.
